A New Season for the Faith Garden

PIctures of past gardens

Easter is a time of new beginnings and new life. It’s a time when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the hope that it brings. What better way to celebrate the Easter season than by planting a garden? A garden is a symbol of new life and growth. It’s a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope.

Our church garden, our own Garden of Weedin’, has been a wonderful way for us to reflect God’s care for His creation and generosity towards us. We’ve grown vegetables and flowers alike in past years, and donated produce to the Caldwell Family Centre Food Bank. It never ceases to amaze us how much bounty we can produce from our little patch of earth.

As the weather starts warming up, we’ll be planting the garden again this year. If you’d like to help out, please get in touch with Norm.

“Then the Lord God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it.”
