COUNCIL HAPPENINGS: March 2017

 

  1. The new members on Council were welcomed, and all shared in a pizza supper.
  2. The assignments for 2017 are as follows:

  3. Worship & Music committee update: For the Maundy Thursday (April 13 @7pm), the congregation at Julian of Norwich Anglican Church will be joining us to worship together on this, the first of the Three Holy Days leading to Easter. The remaining Holy Week services are as follows: Good Friday @10am; Easter Sunday morning @ 8am & 10am. There will be a light, continental-styled breakfast served (finger-food/standing room) in the narthex inbetween the services (please contact Sharon Wirth for more info & sign-up sheet)
  4. A job review & selection committee is being formed to select a new secretary, including the following council members: Pierre Quenneville, Randy Rodgers, David Van Schaik, Pastor Martin
  5. The installation of the 2017 council will be during the worship service on Sunday, April 2 @10am
  6. Next council meeting: Thursday, April 20 @ 7pm
