Transfiguration of our Lord Sunday worship
Feb 27 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Celebrating the festival Sunday in the church year, The Transfiguration of our Lord, when on the mountain the disciples witness a dramatic change in Jesus — his appearance changes and Moses and Elijah appear with him — to talk about his mission to Jerusalem: the Cross of his death and the empty tomb of his resurrection on Easter.

This is service will be live-streamed from the sanctuary, and will include the Holy Communion for those who would like to participate from home. You are welcome to celebrate the presence of the living Lord Jesus with you, wherever you are and whenever you watch.

Sundays in Lent worship
Mar 6 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

The “Gospel in Action” Sundays-in-Lent sermon series focuses on areas of local mission Faith congregation has supported over the years, some longer and some more recent: Carlington Community Chaplaincy, Multifaith Housing Initiative, Ottawa Lutheran Refugee Sponsorship Committee, Lutherlyn Camp & Conference Centre and Algonquin College Campus Ministry. Each of the Sundays in Lent we welcome a representative from one of these organizations in mission for others to speak about their unique work to make a positive difference in the world.

These live-streamed services will also open the doors to the public at some point in March. Watch for updates to know when you can join us in person.

Each service also welcomes participants to the Holy Meal, for communion in the presence of Christ Jesus.
