Ephesians 5:8-14 in preparation for the Fourth Sunday in Lent (Year A), March 22, 2020.
A lectionary-based study of the bible focuses on one of the prescribed scriptures for the following Sunday, according to the Revised Common Lectionary (RCL). We follow a format called ‘lectio divina’ which is a holy, prayerful reading, and re-reading of the text.
Join together with other men from Julian of Norwich Anglican Church and Cityview United Church, taking over ChancesR Restaurant in College Square (corner Baseline and Woodroffe) for fellowship and fun!
We gather from Julian of Norwich Anglican Church and Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church to study together Canadian author Michael Frost’s book entitled, “Surprise the World: Five Habits of Highly Missional People.”

In each session, we will consider in order one of Frost’s five missional habits (BELLS): Bless, Eat, Listen, Learn, Sent. We will watch the short, corresponding video clip and, consider the questions for discussion in the relevant chapter.
